Fall Friendsgiving: Building Breastfeeding Excellence Across Texas
Join breastfeeding professionals from across the state for the Texas Breastfeeding Coalition's annual Fall Membership Meeting. This in-person event brings together clinicians, educators, public health professionals, researchers, and community leaders to strengthen breastfeeding support through education, collaboration, and hands-on learning.

Donor Human Milk in Texas: Processing, Access, and Community Partnerships to Support Infant Nutrition
Hear from the executive directors of Texas' two nonprofit milk banks as they explore how donor human milk is safely screened, processed, and distributed to improve infant health outcomes. Learn how innovative hospital partnerships, community programs, and statewide collaborations are expanding equitable access to donor human milk while protecting, promoting, and supporting breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding Skills & Competency Train-the-Trainer
Move beyond traditional lectures in this highly interactive workshop designed to help hospitals and organizations develop sustainable breastfeeding competency programs. Participants will rotate through four hands-on skills stations while learning practical strategies for staff education, competency validation, and quality improvement.

The Texas Breastfeeding Coalition has received approval of this program for 4 L-CERP continuing education hours as a Prefered Provider by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLE®). Continuing education hours (L-CERPs) are offered as an optional addition to the event registration fee at a rate of $10.00 an hour in alignment with the TXBC policies and procedures.

April Member Meeting and In-Person Event
Our April member meeting will be held during our Spring Round Up event. This event is open to members and non-members and includes a program of learning sessions. The International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners is the approved provider of CERPS. The application for this event for 4 Continuing Education Recognition Points (CERPs) the 4 L-CERPS are currently pending.
